Hello all, my name is Claudia Jameson!
This goes out to all the lovely people, which includes YOU!
As much as the phrase is overused, I absolutely love the "simple thing" in life. That's a phrase I think many people have heard, but don't fully take to heart. Living is such a rejuvenating experience! It's amazing to think of all the opportunities the world provides us. Think about the simple fact that you can enjoy time with friends. Simple concept? Of course. But spending time with friends has many aspects to it that can't be explained. Comfort, care, warmth, enjoyment, fascination, bliss, freedom to be you, freedom to express yourself... these words only scratch the surface. There is a deeper meaning to friendship that we all understand but don't quite know how to explain; a type of connection that defies the bounds of words.
Think about it! You see that grassy hill over yonder? If you wanted to, you could run on top of that hill and lay there until the sun sets and the stars come out. After all, nothing is stopping you. Exploring the bounds of musical compositions, traveling, friendship, love, exploring terrain no man has gone before, sailing as far as you can out into the endless ocean... there are endless opportunities this world provides. All you have to do is follow your heart and create your own "adventure of a lifetime."
If you haven't noticed, I sincerely appreciate life. And as a result, I like to do everything I can to foster a great and healthy lifestyle. I enjoy taking care of my body, maintaining a healthy mindset and looking good. I enjoy yoga, growing my own organic herbs, swimming, taking hikes and anything else that I happen to want to do on a whim! I hope to share my enthusiasm for life to others. A quest, if you will. This is the reason why I've began to publish eBooks: to show others how a healthy life can be achieved and maintained. Many people are stressed with bills, jobs, car troubles, relationships, etc. These types of small issues are what suffocate many people. I encourage you to push those burdens aside and breathe a breath of fresh air!
Love,
-Claudia
